It's almost here! After more than four years of supporting local shelters, helping care for animals, socialize them, provide for their medical care, and find them forever homes, Sammy’s Hope is thrilled to finally announce the opening of its own shelter –the Sammy’s Hope Animal Welfare and Adoption Center, in Sayreville, NJ.
The Sammy’s Hope Animal Welfare and Adoption Center will be a place where animals -dogs and cats, will be looked after with the love and care they deserve; a place where they can feel safe; where their physical and emotional needs will be met, short of having a forever home; and where caring staff and volunteers will prepare them for adoption, and work to find them loving homes.
The shelter is scheduled to open to the public in January 2015, but the animals need your support!Read More
We just can't keep it to ourselves any longer! Please keep your eye on this site and our social media pages this coming week for news of our new Sammy's Hope Animal Welfare and Adoption Center! We are so very excited for the great things we will be able to do to help homeless animals.
Thank you for your support! We have exceeded our fundraising goal!
We are a little over one month away from the annual Strut Your Mutt event in NYC and Sammy's Hope has raised 70% of its goal. Thank you so much for your support so far! Help us reach our goal by joining our team, or supporting our team or individual team members, by making a donation. Click here to read more about the event and to support Sammy's Hope...Read More
UPDATE: Sara has found her Forever Home!
Sara’s Mom is moving out of the country and the way of life for family pets is not what it is here. All Sara has known is her Mom, three feline and three canine pack members. As heartbreaking as this is to do, her Mom must place each of them with new families to ensure the rest of their lives will be full of the love, quality and care they’ve always had. Over the past several weeks, Sara’s fellow canines have found their homes and will be adopted into them within the next few days. Soon, Sara will find herself alone and still in need of a family of her own.Read More
