Urgent! Tyson need re-homing!

URGENT! Some of you might remember Tyson the Dane mix from last February. This handsome boy was left at the shelter by his family after having him for 8 years, since he was a puppy, because they said they could not care for him any longer. When he arrived, Tyson’s eyes were so red he could barely open them. His skin was also covered with a rash that made him very uncomfortable. One of our volunteers took him home to care for him, and then a wonderful family fell in love with him and adopted him. Tyson was a very good boy and got along well his brother dogs until recently. Now it appears that they cannot be together and Tyson needs to be re-homed. Tyson is a beautiful Great Dane/Boxer mix. He is neutered, housebroken, UTD on his shots, looks great, and has recovered from his allergies. He loves to play ball, go on car rides, and sleep in your bed, as long as you don’t mind snoring. He loves people, is gentle around kids, although at 80 lbs., he might be better with older kids than little ones, as his tail does hurt when he gets excited and wags it non-stop. He is a joy to have around, but must be an only dog. If you can open your heart and home to this boy, he will reward you with lots of fun and affection.

We need to find a home for Tyson asap! He will be going back into oster care this week, but needs permanent placement asap. If you think you can help Tyson or are interested in adopting him, please contact us or fill out an adoption application online!
